Purpose:
To lead, plan, organize, develop, direct, supervise, and control the activities of the F & B within the corporate guidelines of profitability, leadership, growth, and discipline with direct responsibility for "Profit and Loss” results & development in correlation with the EVP. To ensure customer satisfaction through implementing effective management controls of food and beverage and related personnel
The job holder must be responsible for:
Supervises the activities of the assigned personnel and exercise administrative and financial authority as defined by the corporate management body stated in the Policies & Procedures.
Responsible for developing implementation and promotional plans through integrating market relevant tactics, logistics and strategies subject to corporate guidelines.
Develops and plans yearly budgets, marketing plans and objectives on sound economic and market factors and ensure such factors are met in the most cost efficient manners.
Develops implements and participates in the marketing and sales activities according to predetermined set of objectives, strategies and action plans.
Ensures constant updating and development of products and services applied for client base with respect to international and local standards.
The job holder must have:
A minimum of seven years experience in a senior management position, preferably in a similar environment.
Bachelor degree in Hospitality & Management, Business or related field.
Strong planning and budgetary skills.
Excellent management and motivation skills.
Good business awareness including external and competitor knowledge.
Excellent conceptual ability with a pragmatic and bottom line oriented plans.
Good knowledge of policies and procedures, their development and applications.
Proficient PC knowledge.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Excellent interpersonal relationships skills.
