Onshore Operations Technical Coordinator
Working for a major Operator located in Aberdeen (occasional visits) Contract position for a year and envisaged to be long term. The purpose of this role is to be the Onshore focal operations interface between on/offshore Teams and external Vendors. Improve and maintain Asset's maintenance performance at a high level. Good all round Technical Operations / Maintenance experience allied to excellent communication skills required. Ensure targets met whilst adhering to strict HSE Company policy. Experienced in CMMS required and SAP experience preferred.
Custodian of assigned service contracts. Ensure planning alignment with all departments and vendors. Manage the development of the 14 day plan. Ensure the technical content and viability of work is managed at all stages of the planning process. Chairs the Level 4 Plan (14 Day). Communicate with Offshore Team on a daily basis to ensure plan attainment. Liaise with Operations Team to ensure equipment availability. Manage and Review the Asset Work Management Process. Review all Notifications within CMMS for accuracy and completeness. Custodian of all work (maintain and data cleanse into forward log). Production of specified reports at a specified frequency. Production of specified plans at a specified frequency (i.e. finalised 14 day plan issued 21 days in advance of execution etc). Record and manage minutes of planning/scheduling meeting. Operations duties as directed by Operations Superintendent.
Offshore visits to liaise with Offshore Team Participation in business improvement projects as required by the Company Training / Coaching of Asset staff in role Comply fully with UKMS policies and procedures at all times
