| Description: | Based in Atyrau Kazakhstan on a residential basis for a project leading, major operator.
Purpose: Execute the adaptation, modification & migration of an appropriately revised version of the Vendor Qualification System, Approved Vendor list Database, Bid list creation tool, tender feedback, contract completion Feedback, Market analysis and supplier due Diligence process, systems and tools to be used by all Agents in line with national and international requirements.
Verify all vendors included in the approved vendor list have been vetted based on sound commercial, financial, technical and quality requirements, taking in consideration all requirements under PSA and JOA, with a special attention to the Kazakh Vendors.
Develop and implement a VQ training program for Agent personnel and ensure its execution.
Manage, train and supervise personnel resources in accordance with Department and project needs.
Manage, organize and supervise the Vendor Qualification process and Vendor Database management based on sound commercial, financial, technical and quality requirements.
The job holder must have:
• Degree in relevant discipline
• Knowledge and experience in Oil and Gas Industry (Market & Business)
• Familiar with ISO Standards related to HSE&Q and Social Accountability (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and SA 8000)
• Knowledge of Audit Criteria and relevant tools (ISO 10011 series)
• Fluent in English and Russian; Kazakh language skills a plus |
