| Description: | Our client is seeking a Senior Development Engineer to work in Trinidad on contract.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a process or facilities engineering environment with one of the major engineering contractors or within a design environment of a major oil company, preferably within a feasibility study group.
Established professional who has been involved in the design of oil and gas facilities in an offshore environment, with focus on gas processing and sub-sea developments.
Has the ability to interface across a wide range of disciplines, including petroleum engineering, well engineering, operations, commercial and economics.
Had exposure to managing a formal stage gate, design and project value assurance process.
Had exposure to general project management, in particular project cost estimating, risk assessment, project scheduling, and project resourcing.
Professional or Chartered Engineer or equivalent, to muster enough gravitas to be able to optimise developments together with professional engineers of co-venture partners and Government.
Excellent written and presentation skills, with ability to adapt style and content of presentation for both technical and non technical audiences. |
