| Description: | Opportunity to join a leading Oil & Gas Operator based in Abu Dhabi.
The job holder is responsible for:
Report directly to Career Development Team Leader. Working as part of a team the successful candidate should be able to:
Initiates and coordinates with Line Managers concerned, the preparation and compilation of competency Development programs and assists in understanding the development procedures and policies, including the analysis and verification of training needs for UAE National to ensure implementation of this program for Developers.
Supervises the preparation of all necessary documents for the periodical performance reviews/meetings and monitoring of all Developers. Periodically enforces and reviews the processes relating to Developers progression including competency development programs, progress review reports, planned activities, promotion and confirmation documentation, etc.
Directs the activities related to the assessment of Developers performance against agreed competency development programs ensuring that targets are achieved within the planned confirmation dates as per policy.
Directs and initiates counselling and follow up sessions for Developers throughout their development period. Advises to create a better mutual understanding between the Developers and their supervisors.
The job holder must have:
Aged 30 55
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
Very good standard of written and spoken English Language
Good interpersonal skills
