| Description: | An experienced site Maintenance Planner required to support ongoing maintenance activities in Chad.
Detailed Job Description
Perform all IPES administrator duties
Plan and schedule maintenance IPES Work Orders using IPES scheduling tool.
Create IPES Service Requests, Service Entries etc.
Train and assist others with IPES entries
Train and mentor staff on Planner/Scheduler duties M&R system and necessary IPES functions.
Gather and report M&R KPI's.
SHE
Must have good working knowledge of SHE programs and initiatives.
Participate in safety initiatives and safety meetings.
May be required to participate in Emergency Response Training
Skills/Qualifications
Business/Operations
Must have very good overall IPES knowledge including IPES Plant Maintenance Module, IPES Scheduling Tool knowledge and skills.
Must be able to train and mentor local staff in IPES functions, M&R System and Cost Centre Structures.
Able to assist staff as needed with IPES entries, questions, etc.
Complete MRC training requirements as per training profile |
